Both the customer service and products are so lovely here! This shop feels fancy but also warm and welcoming. They have something for everyone and every occasion big or small. I get small gifts for others from here from time to time and even the smallest thing I buy, they gift wrap with kindness and care. Always smiling and so peaceful, I could be there for hours but I don't want to loiter ahahah. Such a lovely place with a lovely owner and workers too. Definely my Go To place for quality gifts

This doesn’t let me do another review but this is an update.
My mom passed on September 11 and we just had the celebration of life last month March 2026. I am always so thankful and impressed by this special Florist. A beautiful bouquet was made for the front of the church which I carried over to our tea after. Today I am having tea on my deck enjoying the flowers still (3 weeks after). These white flowers were worth the cost. I put one on each table with my moms table cloths and $1 vases from thrift stores and dollar tree. They went home as gifts to moms friends. Thank you beautiful ladies of Brookswood Florist. You ate always my ‘go to’ to make people smile. 💖

3.5 weeks ago A beautiful little bouquet was made for my moms 89th birthday. It fit perfectly in a large canning jar I had. It looked so beautiful on my mom’s assisted living window sill. The little bird has become a special friend for my mom and will stay with her and keep her company. Yesterday I brought the remnants home which I am sure I will enjoy for a week. Thank you for your kindness Brookswood Florist 💕You make our neighbourhood a prettier and kinder place….. you make kindness an easy idea 💐🌸🌼

When my mother passed away somewhat unexpectedly, we had a green burial for her just a few days later. That means no embalming, no traditional casket, no synthetic materials at all. We didn't expect it would be such a challenge to get flowers that would meet the requirements!
Most florists required more time to put anything together, and the ones that I contacted who could do it in time, weren't at all helpful with the "green" aspect of it.
But when I called Brookswood Florist and spoke with Crystal, she immediately started thinking of how to accommodate the request. In the end, she put together two beautiful bouquets of fresh cut flowers, tied with natural twine, then placed in a shallow cardboard box for transportation. She had shaped them so that we could place them end to end, creating a casket spray by filling in the centre with loose flowers that she included, and showed me how best to place.
It ended up looking beautiful! We are so thankful for Crystal's kindness and helpfulness, listenimg to us and taking the time to come up with a solution when others didn't want to make that bit of extra effort.

I never thought I’d have a go to flower shop but I guess I do now. They’re so reasonably priced and fast. I also appreciate them packaging the vases so I can safely transport the flowers. I ordered them on two occasions and very happy with the results. Thank you!
