I have been coming here for a year now. The first time I came it was for a bouquet of flower for my girlfriend. She was very impressed and loved them. Since then I have always used this place for my flowers for her. We just recently did our one year anniversary and these are the flowers. Absolutely beautiful! If you want the best flowers come here! Also great service from all the staff and the owner.

I ordered birthday flowers for my brother's wife through the website and selected a delivery date and preferred delivery time.
Because the flowers were meant to be a birthday surprise I called once the expected delivery window had passed for an update.
I was told they would ask the delivery driver to make my order their first stop and that someone would call me back with an update. Neither of those things happened.
When I called again later I reached a voicemail stating that no messages could be accepted. I called back multiple times after that but no one answered.
The flowers were delivered close to 5:00pm, making it appear as though my brother had forgotten his wife's birthday and completely defeating the purpose of sending them as a birthday surprise.
I understand that delivery times cannot always be guaranteed but communication and follow through should be. If you tell a customer you'll call them back with an update that should happen.
For time sensitive occasions like birthdays delivering flowers at the very end of the day significantly diminishes the point of the service.
Unfortunately, based on this experience I won't be ordering from Flowers & Company again. What a disappointing experience.

Beautiful flowers and exceptional service! The arrangement for Mother’s Day was even more stunning than I expected, fresh, vibrant, and beautifully put together. My mom absolutely loved them, and it made her day extra special. I couldn’t be happier with the experience!

I purchased the Valentine's Day bouquet from this company and the bouquet was immaculate. They appeared to take great care in their arrangements and offer high quality flowers. The store smelled amazing as it is a flower store and the staff greeted me as I walked in, even on one of, if not, the busiest day of the year. Lastly, most places would charge $75 or more for a bouquet of this size, however, it was only $55.95 with taxes. Highly recommend Flowers & Company to anybody buying flowers in the future.

I ordered a small vase for my cousin and her husband as her husband lost his father this past month. I live out of province so I requested a picture of the bouquet since I wasn't going to get to see it myself. They did a wonder job and my cousin was very thankful for the georgous flowers they received. I picked out the colour scheme and it was done wonderfully! I'm happy the store was able to accommodate my request with providing me a picture. I've attached it to the review. The service was great and the ladies are very friendly and helpful over the phone. The price with delivery and tax was reasonable for what I ordered. I would definitely order from them again!
