I have been coming here for a year now. The first time I came it was for a bouquet of flower for my girlfriend. She was very impressed and loved them. Since then I have always used this place for my flowers for her. We just recently did our one year anniversary and these are the flowers. Absolutely beautiful! If you want the best flowers come here! Also great service from all the staff and the owner.

I came here for my wedding flowers (bouquet + toss bouquet + corsages) and it couldn't have turned out better! They listened to what I wanted perfectly and executed it way better than I could have imagined. I would absolutely recommend them to any brides looking for flowers. Thank you so much!

I discovered Flowers and Company after a friend sent me a stunning arrangement. Since then it’s my favourite flower shop and I highly recommend it to everyone! The ladies always put together such beautiful bouquets and wrap them up so nicely. Their quality and prices are excellent as well. Their flowers are as much of a joy to give as they are to receive!

I ordered birthday flowers for my brother's wife through the website and selected a delivery date and preferred delivery time.
Because the flowers were meant to be a birthday surprise I called once the expected delivery window had passed for an update.
I was told they would ask the delivery driver to make my order their first stop and that someone would call me back with an update. Neither of those things happened.
When I called again later I reached a voicemail stating that no messages could be accepted. I called back multiple times after that but no one answered.
The flowers were delivered close to 5:00pm, making it appear as though my brother had forgotten his wife's birthday and completely defeating the purpose of sending them as a birthday surprise.
I understand that delivery times cannot always be guaranteed but communication and follow through should be. If you tell a customer you'll call them back with an update that should happen.
For time sensitive occasions like birthdays delivering flowers at the very end of the day significantly diminishes the point of the service.
Unfortunately, based on this experience I won't be ordering from Flowers & Company again. What a disappointing experience.
