Fresh St. MARKET is a unique and aesthetically pleasing grocery store. They have merchandise that differs from other stores. I love their grill area. Yummy menu items that are quite tasty. The bakery has several yummy cakes, sweets and baked goods and staff are always kind and super helpful.

I am writing to report an unpleasant experience with one of your staff members, Harpreet, at approximately 11:24 a.m. today.
I purchased some vegetables, which she handled roughly while confirming the quantity. When I politely cautioned her, she did not apologize. After I paid, she left my rotisserie chicken out of my reach. When I asked her to bring it closer, she flung it toward me without looking at me or acknowledging my request.
I found her conduct rude and unprofessional. Please review your security-camera footage to confirm what occurred and provide her with appropriate customer-service training. Until this matter is addressed, I do not believe she should be assigned to the front desk.
I would appreciate a response explaining how this complaint will be handled.

fresh st. market has saved me many late nights studying. my personal favourite thing here is the bakery section, due to the vast variety of both sweet and savory options. not to mention— they have the most delicious soups! i recommend trying the garlic and cheddar pull apart bun with the broccoli cheddar soup. not only is it hearty and comforting, it is inexpensive and perfect for students such as myself. everything in this store is always fresh, and worth the trip. my regular cashier sorren is the best there is; both friendly, and a hard worker. thank you fresh st. market! :)

I love fresh market for their desserts. They have a nice selection of custard pies, cakes, cookies, and you can also stop and take some coffee there. I also do love their produce and their deli section as well.

Great grocery store with fresh options and a wide variety. Their items are definitely more on the pricier side but I personally really enjoy shopping here. My favorite thing to get here is the soft cookies, they are so delicious although really sweet. I highly recommend the chocolate chips one :)
